Your session can be booked on any of the dates listed on the booking calendar located above. We have set aside special time just for our birthday giveaway winners. 

Your session can be scheduled up to 8 weeks in advance. If you see a date on the above calendar, that means it is open and ready to book. 

Bonus: Our full 2020 Birthday Session Calendar availability will be open to see and schedule between now and Feb 5. After Feb 5 you will only be able to schedule up to 2 months in advance. 

We recommend scheduling your date as soon as possible. While we have enough availability for all giveaway winners the preferred times tend to go fast. 

Certainly! We would love to have you come in for one of our full or mini photography sessions. However the complimentary photography session & $50 print credit included in the giveaway are not usable after 2023.  

The birthday session is designed to celebrate an individual child. However, if you would like to upgrade your session to a full session you may do so for just $25, paid at the time of booking. A full session can include up to 6 family members, pets, or up to 3 friends. The additional time will allow us to capture individual pictures of as well as groupings. 

The photography session will take place inside of our Gainesville studio.

There is no minimum purchase amount, no matter what you invest, at Step317 Photography, we feel you should get quality portraits that you will be proud of for generations to come. 

We have multiple products available including prints, collages, canvas’, storybooks, metal prints, birthday thank you cards, key chains, brag books and more.

What is a gift print? A gift print is a 8×10, Two 5x7s, Three 4×6’s or Eight Wallets. 

Your order will be ready within 2 to 3 weeks. Digital packages will be sent electronically within one week or less. 

We totally understand that sometimes life happens. Because we have specifically reserved this time for you, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Cancellation or reschedule requests of less than 24 hours will require a standard rescheduling fee of $30. The first two 48 hour reschedules are complimentary however a 3rd request will void your $50 studio credit offer.  A no show on the day of your session will void your complimentary session and $50 studio credit offer. 

Can I give my session away?

At this time we do not allow giveaway items to be transferred to others. This is to ensure that the intended birthday winner receives the session.
